Once a package has been handed to the carrier, shipping timelines are outside our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

We can reship the order (additional shipping fees apply), or

Provide a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable)
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Alfresco Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

For damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

The damaged product

The packaging

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can be made only before the order is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it.
